Introduction about the Global Forum on the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence 2024
The 2nd Global Forum on the Ethics of ArtificiaI Intelligence (AI) 2024, hosted by the Government of Slovenia, co-funded by Europe Union, is set to take place in Slovenia on 5 and 6 February 2024. Under the overarching theme, "Changing the Landscape of AI Governance", the forum aims to facilitate a robust conversation involving world leaders, scholars, academic researchers, and the wider public. The Forum will also feature the launch of various UNESCO initiatives including the Global AI Ethics Observatory and UNESCO AI Ethics Experts without Borders Network.

Programme
The two-day program framework encompasses diverse facets of AI. On the first day, policymakers, tech industry leaders, academic researchers, scientific institutions, and NGOs will delve into the nuances of AI Governance. They will share insights into the effective implementation of AI practices at various levels, be it global, regional, or state-specific.
